How we sell
Four rules we wrote down in 1998 and never softened.
- One price, posted. It is on the window, on the website, and it is the same number whoever walks in.
- No fee that is not a tax. Title, registration and state tax are the only line items below the price.
- Your trade is appraised before we talk price. Two separate numbers, so neither can be used to hide the other.
- Salespeople are salaried. Nobody here earns more by putting you in a longer loan or a bigger car.
