A solutions engineer replies within one business day with three times. No qualification call before the demo call — that is a thing sales teams do for their own convenience.
What the thirty minutes look like
- Five minutes on your warehouse: what is in it, how the events are modelled, and who owns the dbt project.
- Twenty minutes building two real views live — usually a funnel you have argued about and a retention curve nobody trusts.
- Five minutes on what it would cost, including the warehouse compute, which is the number most vendors leave you to discover later.
What we will not do
No slide deck, no NDA before a first call, and no access to your production warehouse to prepare — a read-only sample or a schema dump is plenty. We never ask for payment information at any point in a trial.
