Where should we reach you?
A real checkout would ask for a delivery address and a payment method. This one asks for neither, because this is a demonstration site on a public host and a fake shop that collects card details is not a demonstration of anything good. Leave a name and an email if you want to see what a completed form looks like in the dashboard.
What this page will never ask for

- A billing address, bank account or routing number
- A password, or an account of any kind
If you are ever on a page that looks like this one and it does ask for those, you are not on Harbor & Oak, and Harbor & Oak does not exist.
