The numbers below are what a typical property on that tier pays. We measure the mowable area from the county parcel before we send anything in writing, so the quote you get is the price you pay all season.

Common questions
The four things everybody asks.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans are billed for the month you are in, and two weeks’ notice ends the service. We would rather keep you because the lawn looks right than because leaving is awkward.
What if it rains on my day?
We push to the next dry day on that route, usually within 48 hours. If a week is genuinely lost, the monthly plans are not charged for it — the price assumes 26–28 visits a season, and we true up in October.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as the crew can reach the back yard. Locked gates are the one thing that costs a visit; if you leave a code with us it lives with the crew lead, not on a clipboard in the truck.
Are the sprays safe around pets?
Keep animals and children off the turf until it dries — about two hours on a normal Denver afternoon. We flag every treated lawn and note the product used in your visit email.
