What a visit includes
Mow, edge, blow, and look at the thing that is wrong.
Every weekly visit is the same four things plus one: the crew lead walks the yard and notes anything that needs attention — a dry patch, a broken head, mites in the blue grass — and it lands in your visit email that evening. No upsell call, just the note.
Fertilization & weed control
Six rounds a season, timed to soil temperature rather than the calendar: pre-emergent before the crabgrass germinates, slow-release nitrogen through summer, a heavy winterizer in late October.
Aeration & overseeding
Front Range clay compacts hard. We pull 3-inch cores in early September and drop turf-type tall fescue into the holes, which is the single cheapest thing you can do for a thin lawn.
Sprinkler start-up & blow-out
Spring start-up with a zone-by-zone walk, nozzle adjustment and a controller schedule set for actual Denver evapotranspiration. Blow-out before the first hard freeze.
Leaf & debris cleanup
Two passes in the fall, hauled away rather than blown into the street. Spring cleanup clears winter drop and the gravel the plows left in the turf strip.
Bed maintenance & mulch
Beds weeded on every fourth visit, shrubs shaped once mid-season, and shredded cedar refreshed each spring to keep the moisture in the soil instead of the air.

Dates move with the weather — we start pre-emergent when soil at two inches holds 52 °F, not when the calendar says April.

Routes are geographic on purpose: a tight route is what lets us hold a fixed day and keep the same crew on your street all season. If you are outside the list, ask anyway — we add streets where a route already passes the end of them.
