We replace rotten decking at cost, run ice-and-water shield through the valleys and three feet up from every eave, and finish with a Class 4 impact-resistant shingle. Most single-family homes are stripped and dried in the same day.

A documented inspection with dated photographs, a marked test square and a line-item estimate in the format carriers expect. We meet your adjuster on the roof, and we do not ask for a deposit before a claim is approved.
Diagnosed before it is quoted.
Most leaks are flashing, pipe boots or a failed ridge vent rather than the field of the roof. We find the entry point, show you the photograph, and quote the repair. If a repair will not hold, we say so.

A full condition report with remaining-life estimate, photographs of every penetration, and a written list of what needs doing now versus in three years. Standard for a real-estate transaction.

Small commercial and multi-family: single-ply TPO, mod-bit cap sheet, and drain and curb detailing. Work scheduled outside business hours where tenants are affected.
